"I always knew my destiny was to be an artist. I was fortunate to have parents who  were also talented and creative, and they encouraged my sisters and me to pursue  the art world. My early years as an illustrator taught me that the rules of color,  value, and composition always apply to a subject or style of painting. As a medium, watercolor captured my heart more than ten years ago, and I never looked back."
